Fish salad with rice

This fish salad with rice and vegetables will please your guests. Lightweight and delicious! It can be cooked in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Water 300 ml

Canned corn 100 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse the rice and put in a saucepan, pour 300 ml of water and cook.

Cook the rice, stirring occasionally, until tender over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, add a little salt.

Rinse the finished rice with clean water and discard on a sieve or colander. Let the water drain completely and cool the rice. Rice grains will be non-sticky and crumbly.

Put a jar of saury in a bowl, remove the spinal bones and mash the fish with a fork.

Put the finished rice in a large bowl.

Add canned saury.

Add 100 grams of canned corn.

Add diced fresh cucumber.

Add 1 bunch of chopped green onions and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir the salad and salt to taste.

Fish salad with rice is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
