Layered salad "Stargazer" with chicken and beets for your New Year's table.

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Prunes 100 g

Beets 3-4 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil the beets, cool and peel.

Cover the mold with cling film.

Layer half of the grated beets. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Layer the grated eggs in a layer and brush with mayonnaise.

Boil chicken fillet and chop finely.

Lay out a layer of chicken fillet. Salt a little and brush with mayonnaise.

Layer in a layer of finely chopped prunes.

A layer of grated cheese.

A finishing layer of beets and mayonnaise. Wrap the film and let it brew in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Take the salad out of the refrigerator, turn it over onto a dish and remove the cling film. Decorate with slices of cheese.
