Warm Vegetable Salad with Eggplant, Bell Pepper and Tomato - Step by Step Instruction
Wash the eggplants and cut into slices. It is possible and in circles, anyway, then you will cut them. Salt.
Fry the eggplant on both sides over high heat, after pouring the oil into the pan.
