The first step is to make shortbread dough:

Sift the flour into a deep bowl and combine the baking powder in it with granulated sugar.

Beat in one egg, add fresh sour cream and chilled butter.

Knead the dough, divide into 2 parts and wrap them individually in plastic wrap. Transfer to the freezer so that one part is easy to cool and the other part is lightly frozen.

Place parchment paper on the bottom of the round shape, roll out the chilled shortbread dough and lay on top of the paper, forming sides approximately 2 cm high.

Remove the seeds from the berries, sprinkle with starch and stir, and then place them on the dough.

Pass the frozen part of the shortcrust pastry through a coarse grater and spread evenly with the top layer.

Place in preheated oven. Bake shortcrust berry pie at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. When ready, let cool, and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
