Smoked sausage pizza - the easiest recipe

Almost every family has their own family pizza recipe, the secret of which lies in the right combination of products and, of course, the dough. Pizza is one of the most famous and delicious dishes of European cuisine. That is why it has many varieties: with minced meat, with mushrooms and even with pineapples - the list goes on indefinitely. In this article, we'll look at a simple and quick option, and you will learn how to make an appetizing smoked sausage pizza.

As you can see, everything you need to bake a delicious pizza can be bought in almost any supermarket. In our case, the pizza will be made from homemade yeast dough, but in the absence of time or desire, you can buy a semi-finished product, since its recipe is no different from the crust for other pizzas.

Smoked sausage and cheese pizza

Roll out the pre-cooked dough of any thickness. You can find the recipe for yeast dough here. If you are using a purchased product, follow the instructions on the package.

Lay parchment on a baking sheet and grease it with oil or simply sprinkle with flour. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet, spread the ketchup over it, add mayonnaise if desired.

Cut the sausage into thin slices, straw or cubes, and place on top of the crust, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on the pizza.

Chop the mozzarella into slices, and grate the Parmesan on a coarse grater, spread and sprinkle on the crust.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges or half rings. Place them evenly over the cheesecake and drizzle with olive oil.
