Beetroot salad "Barin"

Salad with beetroot "Barin" is a delicious and easy-to-prepare beetroot salad with sauerkraut for your table every day.

Ingredients

Beets 2 pcs

Canned beans 100 g

Sauerkraut 100 g

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation

Boil the beets, cool and peel. Cut into cubes.

In a bowl, combine sauerkraut and canned red beans.

Add beets and finely chopped green onions.

Stir the salad and season with vegetable oil.

Put in a salad bowl.

Salad with beets "Barin" is ready. Can be served at the table.
