Beets 2 pcs
Canned beans 100 g
Sauerkraut 100 g
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Boil the beets, cool and peel. Cut into cubes.
In a bowl, combine sauerkraut and canned red beans.
Add beets and finely chopped green onions.
Stir the salad and season with vegetable oil.
Put in a salad bowl.
