Open cheese pie with broccoli and turkey

Open tart with broccoli and instant cheese is delicious. These are great pastries for a hearty breakfast, and also great for lunch and dinner. If you want to bake something tasty and quick, then this simple recipe for homemade pie with excellent jellied filling will help you.

This recipe uses commercial dough that can be easily and simply made at home. Anyone will do. If you want a crumbly base - choose a creamy dough, like a fluffy and soft cheese pie - in this case it is better to use yeast. Well, and the filling can also be changed at the discretion and to taste, with any other products, the main thing is the right combination.

Prepare the ingredients for the vegetable pie in advance by following the ingredients list. Dice the onion, grate the cheese, chop the turkey and divide the cabbage into small florets.

Grease a round shape with butter, lay the dough, form sides and place in the oven. Bake the pie in the oven for 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees until light brown.

While the tart is cooking, prepare the filling:

in a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add broccoli and onion, stirring occasionally, cook over low heat - 5-8 minutes, until vegetables are slightly softened.

Whisk eggs in a deep bowl, add milk, add curry powder, salt and stir well.

Put broccoli and onions fried in a pan in a baked crust, add turkey and sprinkle with cheese.

Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables, trim the filling and place in the preheated oven.

Bake the open pan with vegetables and turkey at 180 degrees, for 30 minutes, until the surface of the cheese filling is noticeably browned.

Alternatively, you can replace the turkey with ham, chicken, raw sausage, or bacon.
