Pan-fried kefir crumpets - step by step recipe

Prepare all ingredients according to the list (see list above).

First of all, mix kefir and egg in a deep bowl.

Sift flour along with baking powder. Add salt and sugar.

Knead the dough with a spoon. Then you can knead it with your hands until it stops sticking. It is very important to knead the dough well. Take the time to do this. It will take about 5 minutes. Cover the finished dough with foil and refrigerate for an hour. Temperature from 3 to 5 degrees.
