Light vegetable salad

Light vegetable salad. A lot of vitamins and a minimum of calories. It can be cooked every day.

Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients

Radish 5 pcs

Cucumbers 2 pcs

Tomato 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse and peel vegetables.

Chop cucumbers and bell peppers into a bowl.

Add chopped tomatoes and radishes.

Add lettuce, salt and season with vegetable oil.

Stir and place in a salad bowl.

A light vegetable salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
