Meat on skewers

There must be several mouth-watering snacks on the New Year's table. Fragrant baked meat on skewers will diversify your table, and no one can resist it.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Pork pulp 200 g

Veal pulp 200 g

Onion 1-2 pcs

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Lemon 1/2 pc

Zira 1 pinch.

Paprika 1 pinch.

Rosemary 1/4 tsp

Basil 1/4 tsp

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Rinse the meat well and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into quarters.

Twist the meat and onions in a meat grinder.

Add spices and lemon juice. Salt well.

Take in small pieces and beat from hand to hand, shaping. String on skewers and place on a baking sheet with foil.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C. Put on lettuce leaves and garnish with onions.
