New Year's salad "2012"

The festive table should not only be tasty, but also originally decorated. New Year's salad "2012" will be an excellent choice for a festive table.

Low-fat pork 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Potatoes 3 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Pickled cucumber 3 pcs

Lean ham 200 g

Canned green peas 200 g

Hard cheese 100 g

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Mayonnaise to taste

Vegetable oil (for frying)


Cut the meat into small pieces. Finely chop the onion. Fry in vegetable oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Put on a paper towel and cool.

Boil potatoes, eggs in advance, peel and cool. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Grind the whites separately from the yolks. Cut the cucumbers and ham into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put the round dish on a dish and lay out the potatoes in a layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Put a layer of meat and a little mayonnaise on top.

A layer of pickles.

A layer of grated cheese.

Layer of ham.

A layer of green peas.

Layer of egg whites. Spread well with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with yolks on top. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Remove the form, decorate the sides with finely chopped dill. Decorate the top with an inscription or as you wish. A well-soaked salad is easy to cut into portions.
