Spicy chicken with cranberry sauce

Spicy chicken with cranberry sauce will decorate your festive table.

Cooking time 1 hour


Chicken 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Paprika 1/4 tsp

Mustard seed 1/4 tsp

Rosemary 1/4 tsp

A mixture of dry herbs (dill, parsley, basil) 1/4 tsp.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Cranberries (for sauce) 200 g

Sugar (sand) (for sauce) 100 g

Starch 1 tbsp. l.


Rinse and dry the chicken well.

Remove skin (optional).

Mix spices, crushed garlic and oil in a bowl. Rub the chicken inside and outside with salt, and then rub with the spice mixture. Let stand for 2 hours.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 1 hour until tender.

Pour cranberries with a glass of water and boil.

Rub through a sieve. Boil the resulting mass and add sugar, salt and diluted starch.

Thicken and cool over low heat. Pour into a gravy boat.

Put the chicken on a plate and garnish with herbs, serve with sauce and fries.
