Cooking time 25 minutes
Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Eggs 3 pcs
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp l.
Mustard, ready-made 1 tsp
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Salt during cooking.
Cool the potatoes, boil the eggs and peel. Rinse the green onions well.
Dice the potatoes and medium sized eggs into a bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and mustard in a bowl. Mix well.
Add the finely chopped green onion dressing to the salad bowl.
Mix salad well, add salt to taste.
Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.
