Pumpkin dessert "Monsters"

Pumpkin dessert "Monsters" for adults and children will be a delicious decoration for your Halloween table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pumpkin 300 g

Sugar 6 tbsp. l.

Flour 6 tbsp. l.

Butter 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.

White chocolate (slices) 2 pcs

Dark chocolate (slices) 2 pcs


Beat two eggs in a bowl.

Add vegetable oil. Add 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

Add 6 tbsp. tablespoons of flour.

Add cocoa.

Mix the dough well.

Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Cool and crumble with your hands.

Peel and seed the pumpkin, cut into cubes and place in a saucepan.

Add a little water and simmer, covered, until tender.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and butter. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer to a bowl and beat with a blender.

Put some of the pumpkin puree in small cups.

Add biscuit crumbs.

Add pumpkin on top, refrigerate.

Make eyes from white and dark chocolate and decorate dessert. Or use ready-made confectionery decorations. Serve to the table.
