Easter cottage cheese with raisins is an integral part of the Easter table, delicious, tender and sweet.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Curd 1 kg
Butter 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Raisins 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Salt 1 pinch.
In a saucepan, combine eggs, sugar and butter.
Stir with a whisk and heat until the mass thickens. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder twice.
Sort the raisins, soak in water for 20 minutes and dry.
Add the egg mixture, salt and raisins to a bowl of curd. Mix well.
Cover the bag with gauze.
Lay out the curd mass and smooth out. Cover with the ends of the gauze on top and place the weight. Refrigerate overnight.
Put the finished Easter out of the pasobox and decorate as desired.
