Pitted cherry jam

The most difficult thing is to remove the bones, take care of your household, children and grandmothers. Stir with pride and pour into jars. Pour tea for the whole family and enjoy delicious cherry family jam.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Cherry 2 kg

Sugar (sand) 1.5 kg


Rinse and dry the berries well.

Remove seeds from each berry. Drain the juice into a bowl of berries.

Cover with sugar and let stand for a couple of hours.

Transfer to a saucepan.

Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes, the thickness of the jam can be checked drop by drop. Drop the jam on a plate and if the drop has not spread, then the jam is ready.

Pour into jars. Screw on the lids and leave to cool.

Our delicious pitted cherry jam is ready. You can store it at home and in the cellar.
