Jam apricot

Delicious and aromatic apricot jam, a piece of real summer in winter. Great filling for homemade baked goods.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Apricots 3 kg

Sugar 3 kg

Water 2 stack.

Citric acid 3 g


Wash, dry and sort the apricots.

Cut into slices and remove seeds.

Dissolve sugar in boiled water. Place the apricots in a cooking pot and pour over the sugar syrup and citric acid.

Cook until smooth, stirring well. When the apricots disperse and become gruel, reduce heat and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Arrange in sterile jars.

Roll up under a metal lid and keep cold.
