Raspberry 1 kg

Black currant 1 kg

Water 2 l

Sugar 600 g


Rinse and dry the berries well.

Wash, sterilize and dry the jars. Arrange the berries of clean and dry currants.

Add raspberries.

Boil water and add sugar. Pour boiling syrup into jars and cover with lids. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Place in a pot for sterilization. And simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. Get the cans and roll them up. Turn upside down. Wrap up in a fur coat and allow to cool completely. Put in the cold.
