Chicken salad "Carousel" is a godsend for your festive table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Canned corn 100 g
Korean carrots 100 g
Ham 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Boil the chicken fillet until tender.
Cool and chop finely.
In a bowl, combine Korean style corn and carrots.
Add chopped ham and cucumber into strips.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and mix well with a fork.
Pour 1/3 of the egg mass into a hot, oiled frying pan.
Flip and fry the egg pancake on the other side.
Bake three pancakes and cool.
Add chopped pancakes and chicken to the salad bowl.
Stir well and season with salt to taste.
Put in a salad bowl. Decorate with herbs as desired.
