Festive roast

Who does not like to sometimes treat themselves to juicy, aromatic meat. A festive roast with this recipe is just perfect for this role. Beautiful serving and excellent taste will make you make roast the main choice at every celebration.

Cooking time 1 hour 50 minutes


Meat tenderloin 500 g

Spices for meat 15 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Basil 2 sprigs

Pickled green olives 3-4 pcs

Salt to taste


Cut the meat on top.

Salt well and grate with spices.

Place in a baking bag.

Leave on for 1 hour.

Put in the oven for 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Take out and pour over the allocated juice.

Allow to cool slightly and cut into portions. Decorate with herbs, peppers and olives.
