Chocolate puff

Chocolate puff, dessert to lick your fingers.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Puff pastry 300 g

Chocolate without additives (grated) 100 g

Butter 50 g

Cocoa powder 1 tsp

Liqueur (creamy) 2 tbsp. l.

Whipped cream with vanilla to taste


Divide the dough into parts, into 1 portion in three parts. Roll out each piece with a flat cake.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Melt butter, add grated chocolate, liqueur and cocoa.

Stir well until smooth. Cool slightly and pour over a few cakes.

Fold in two layers, one on one, place the third without chocolate on top and pour everything together. Cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Decorate with whipped cream.
