Cooking time 50 minutes
Meat tenderloin 500 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Tomatoes (small) 2 pcs
Onion (small) 2-3 pcs
Fresh champignons 100 g
Bay leaf 2-3 pcs
Black peppercorns 3-4 pcs
Cloves 3 pcs
Vinegar 9% 4 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Cut the meat into small cubes.
Cut the onions into slices.
Put bay leaf, cloves, pepper in a deep bowl.
Put the meat, onions and pour over the vinegar, mix well, salt and marinate for 2-3 hours.
Cut bell peppers into squares, tomatoes into slices.
Fry the champignons for 2-3 minutes in sunflower oil.
Alternate the meat with vegetables, mushrooms and onions.
Put everything on skewers and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
Turning over periodically. Put on a plate with lettuce leaves.
