Cucumber and onion salad

A fresh and rich summer salad of cucumbers and onions is a great addition to meat dishes.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Ground cucumbers 3-4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/4 tsp

Black peppercorns 5-6 pcs

Dill seed 1/4 tsp


Wash cucumbers, herbs and onions, peel the onions.

Cut the cucumbers into large slices into a bowl.

Add chopped onion and finely chopped greens in half rings.

In a bowl or mortar, combine black peppercorns and dill seeds.

Grind well.

Add vinegar and vegetable oil.

Add salt and mix the dressing well.

Season the salad and mix well, leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Put the prepared cucumber and onion salad into a salad bowl and serve.
