Lavash rolls with red fish

Lavash rolls with red fish, that rare case when a simple dish turns out to be worthy of any festive table.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Lavash 1 piece

Slightly salted red fish (whale or trout fillet) 200 g

Dill 1 bunch

Processed cream cheese 50 g

Lettuce leaves


Unroll lavash and grease well with cheese. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Cut the fish into slices and place over the whole pita bread.

Wrap in a roll and wrap with cling film. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

Cut into slices before serving.

Lay on lettuce leaves.
