Chicken fillet 200 g
Canned corn 200 g
Eggs 2-3 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Provencal mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp l.
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool.
Finely chop the chicken fillet into a bowl.
Add diced boiled eggs and corn.
Add diced fresh cucumber and finely chopped dill.
Season with mayonnaise, salt and put on a plate with lettuce leaves.
The chicken salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
