One of the most important items on the New Year's table is, of course, snacks. This original and appetizing snack "For the New Year's table" will instantly attract your guests to the festive table and create a New Year's atmosphere.

Water 1 stack.
Butter 100 g
Eggs 4 pcs
Flour 1 stack.
Canned green peas 100 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Cheese 100 g
Boiled sausage 100 g

Bring the water to a boil. Dissolve oil in water, add salt.
Add flour little by little, stirring constantly to brew the dough.
Allow the mixture to cool. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
Lay parchment on a baking sheet and grease with vegetable oil. Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and form small balls from the dough. Place the balls on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C, reduce to 170 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
Cut off the cap from the top.
Grate cheese, finely chop cucumber and sausage, add peas and season with mayonnaise.
Mix well and stuff the balls. Decorate with herbs and tomato slices as desired.
