This Zebra Jelly dessert will definitely attract admiring glances from your guests. Such a New Year's treat can be safely put on the table.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Sour cream 25% fat. 400 g
Sugar 50 g
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Boiled water 150 g
Gelatin 30 g
Vanilla 2 g
Beat sour cream with sugar and add vanilla.
Dissolve gelatin in warm boiled water until it swells.
Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, remove from heat and cool slightly.
Divide the sour cream mass into two parts, add cocoa to one of them.
Divide gelatin into two parts and pour into white and chocolate. Pour in portions into bowls or glasses and leave in the cold until cool.
Until all the parts run out.
Allow to cool completely and serve, garnished with a slice of chocolate.
