Baked chicken with honey-mustard crust

Chicken doesn't taste like a supermarket broiler at all and is slightly more expensive. Baked chicken with mustard and honey looks more like game.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Honey 1 tbsp l.

Ready-made mustard 1 tbsp l.

Red onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Lettuce leaves 3-4 pcs




Rinse and dry the carcass.

Cut into breast and unfold.

Beat off the carcass a little.

Season with salt and pepper on all sides.

In a bowl, combine honey, mustard and vegetable oil. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet with foil and brush with mustard and honey.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.

Cool the finished chicken and cut into pieces.

For a side dish, prepare a vegetable salad, chop tomatoes, onions and salad. Fill with oil.

Place chicken and vegetables on a large flat plate. Baked chicken with honey-mustard crust is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
