"New Year Hit" salad

The "New Year Hit" salad with liver and mushrooms will become a real guest of your New Year's table and will take its rightful place among the "Olivier" and "Herring under a fur coat."

Chicken liver 200 g

Fresh champignons 200 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Peel and cut the mushrooms into cubes, fry with finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.

Boil the liver until tender and cool in the broth.

Dice the liver into a bowl.

Add diced pickled cucumbers and boiled carrots.

Add sauteed mushrooms and canned peas.

Stir the salad and season with mayonnaise.

Put in a salad bowl.
