Chicken Pastroma

Chicken pastroma is a delicious and inexpensive appetizer for a festive table that any housewife can prepare.

Chicken fillet 4 pcs

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Water 1 l

Greenery for decoration

Spices to taste


Rinse the chicken fillet.

Pour water into a bowl and dilute salt. Put fillets in the solution for 2 hours. Take out and dry.

Mix spices: paprika, white pepper, dried basil, dried onions, rosemary, turmeric (select spices to taste).

Add vegetable oil and stir.

Grate the fillets well with the spice mixture.

Form well into pieces in thickness and tie with culinary thread.

Put on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 250 degrees C for 15 minutes. Turn off and leave to cool completely for about 2 hours without taking it out of the oven.

Remove the threads and cut into portions.

Serve on a platter with herbs.
