Santa Claus Hat salad

New Year's salad "Santa Claus's Hat" will surely decorate your table on New Year's Eve.

Ham 200 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Cheese 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Dice the ham and 2 eggs in a bowl.

Add diced fresh cucumber and canned green peas.

Add 2/3 parts of grated cheese and mayonnaise.

Stir the salad and salt to taste.

Put on a dish.

Combine remaining cheese and egg.

Lay out the edge at the cap. Leave 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

Line the surface of the cap with diced bell peppers.

Add some mayonnaise to the remaining cheese mixture and make a pompom.
