Kissel from frozen black currant is a vitamin and very healthy drink in Fasting.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Water 1.5 l
Black currant (frozen) 300 g
Sugar 100 g
Boiled water (cold) 100 ml
Potato starch 2 tbsp. l.
Defrost the black currant.
Place the black currants in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Boil after boiling for 2-3 minutes.
Strain through a sieve.
Add sugar and mix well.
Dissolve the starch in boiled cold water.
Pour in the diluted starch and heat the jelly over medium heat, stirring, until thickened.
Blackcurrant kissel is ready. Can be served with a lean table.
