Easter cottage cheese with coconut flakes

Easter cottage cheese with coconut flakes, you have never tasted such yummy. The preparation is very simple.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Cottage cheese (grated) 500 g

Egg yolk 4 pcs

Butter 100 pcs

Sugar 150 g

Vanilla to taste

Cream 20% fat. 40 ml

Coconut flakes 50 g

Dried fruits (for decoration)

Nuts (for decoration)


Grind the yolks with sugar and vanilla, beat them until they turn white.

Add cream and continue whisking in a hot water bath until the mixture thickens.

Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then stir with the addition of 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese and soft butter. Add curd gradually, stirring gently.

At the very end, mix the curd mass with the coconut.

Transfer the resulting mixture to a paste box or another form lined with gauze. Wrap the edges of the gauze on top of Easter and press down with a load. Refrigerate for 12 hours. Remove the easter from the mold, place on a platter and garnish with dried fruits and nuts.
