Easter cottage cheese with candied fruits is one of the ways to prepare the traditional Easter table dish, Easter cottage cheese.

Cottage cheese 500 g
Butter 100 g
Sugar 50 g
Candied fruits 50 g
Sour cream 15% fat. 100 g
Salt 1 pinch.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add softened butter, sour cream, sugar, salt and candied fruits.
Cover the bag with gauze.
Spread out the mass so that the edges do not fall over, secure them with an elastic band.
Fold up the edges and install the press. Put in the cold for 12 hours.
Put on a plate and garnish with candied fruits.
