Salad with porcini mushrooms "Borovichok"

A simple and very tasty salad of potatoes with marinated porcini mushrooms "Borovichok" is a royal appetizer for strong drinks.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Potatoes 3 pcs

Porcini mushrooms (pickled) 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Boil the potatoes and cool.

Peel the potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into large cubes into a bowl.

Add chopped onion and finely chopped dill in half rings.

Cut large mushrooms, small ones are fashionable to leave whole.

Add mushrooms to a bowl.

Stir the salad and season with vegetable oil. Season the salad to taste.

The Borovichok salad with porcini mushrooms is ready. Arrange in salad bowls and serve.
