Chocolate easter

Chocolate Easter is a delicious Easter version of making Easter cottage cheese, which will be appreciated by those with a sweet tooth.

Cottage cheese 500 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 2-3 st. l.

Butter 100 g

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Chocolate 50 g

Chocolate chips for decoration


Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Add sour cream and butter.

Add sugar and melted chocolate.

Mix well.

Put in cheesecloth or cloth. Roll into a bag and hang, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Remove the gauze.

Decorate with chocolate. Serve to the table.
