Easter Snack Cupcakes

Easter Ham and Cheese Snack Cupcakes are a great snack and delicious buns, two in one.

Cooking time 55 minutes


Ham 100 g

Cheese 100 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 150 ml

Butter 80 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 200 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Salt 1 pinch.


Cut the ham into cubes.

Cut the cheese into cubes.

Beat eggs in a bowl with salt.

Add milk.

Add softened butter. Mix well.

Add ham and cheese.

Add flour and baking powder little by little.

Knead the dough.

Put in molds and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

Willingness to check with a toothpick.

Cool the ready-made muffins, remove them from the molds and serve.
