Strawberry Easter, this is a very tasty and original recipe for making a traditional Easter dessert from natural cottage cheese with strawberries.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Fatty cottage cheese 9% 700 g
Sour cream 10% fat. 200 g
Butter 90 g
Strawberries (fresh or frozen) 100 g
Vanillin 1 g
Sugar 120 g
Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder twice.
Add sour cream, sugar, vanillin, softened butter.
Stir in and add the diced strawberries. If you use frozen, then just mash it and add it to the cottage cheese, the Easter will turn out a little pink.
Put in an Easter dish with gauze. Cover the mold and refrigerate under a press for 12 hours.
When the liquid has drained, turn the mold over, lay out the Easter and decorate with strawberry slices and sprinkles.
