Cooking time 15 minutes
Kohlrabi cabbage 1 pc
Fresh cucumber 2 pcs
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel the cabbage from the leaves.
Peel the head of cabbage so that a white "bun" is obtained.
Chop into strips and add a little salt. Leave on for 10 minutes.
Transfer the cabbage to a bowl and add the sliced cucumbers.
Add finely chopped parsley.
Stir and season with vegetable oil. Our delicious kohlrabi salad with gin cucumber is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
