Compote of dried apples with berries, one of the healthiest natural drinks that you can safely add to your recipes, is well suited for raising immunity.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Water 2 l
Dried apples 150 g
Rowan black-fruited 3 tbsp. l.
Honey 2 tbsp l.
Rinse berries and apples.
Put in a saucepan and cover with water.
Cover and cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Add honey to the finished compote and mix well.
Strain the compote. Pour into glasses.
