Fruit mulled wine based on white wine with a hint of aromatic spices will warm you on the coldest frosty evening, and the apple aroma will cheer you up.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Dry white wine 500 ml
Apple juice (natural) 120 ml
Apple 1 pc
Carnation stars 5 pcs
Star anise 3 pcs
Cardamom 2 pcs
Sugar (sand) (or honey) to taste
Pour wine into a saucepan. Add spices.
Add apple juice.
Add chopped apple and put on low heat.
After the first bubbles, remove from heat and cover, wrap for 10-12 minutes. Add sugar or honey to taste.
Strain and pour into glasses. Decorate as desired.
Apple mulled wine is ready. Immediately treat everyone over 18 years old.
