Mulled wine with orange

Frost, sun, day off? Then you can afford a glass of mulled wine with orange, aromatic cinnamon and a subtle hint of nutmeg.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Dry red wine 400 ml

Orange juice 180 ml

Sugar (sand) (to taste, maybe more) 3-4 tbsp. l.

Orange 1 piece

Cinnamon stick 2 pcs

1/4 nutmeg


Remove the zest from the orange.

Finely chop the zest and put in a saucepan.

Add wine.

Add cinnamon sticks and grate nutmeg.

Add orange juice and grated walnuts to a saucepan.

Add the sliced ​​orange and spoon into the saucepan with a spoon.

Add sugar.

Simmer (a good recipe for a multicooker with a heating function) until simmer (but not boil).

Strain through a sieve.

Pour into glasses, garnish with tangerine or orange slices.

Mulled wine with orange is ready. You can serve it in a frosty winter mood or take it with you in a thermos for fresh air.
