It is very easy to prepare delicious lingonberry juice from frozen berries. This tasty and healthy drink will boost your immune system in cold winter.

Ingredients

Lingonberry (frozen) 200 g

Honey 2 tbsp l.

Boiling water 1 l

Preparation

Defrost berries at room temperature.

In a bowl, crush the berries well.

Drain the juice separately and squeeze the cake well.

Pour boiling water over the cake and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Stir and strain.

Add squeezed juice and honey. Mix well.

Serve warm or chilled.
