Berry jelly

Berry jelly is a real Russian winter drink.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Water 2 l

Frozen berry 300 g

Potato starch 2 tbsp. l.


You can use any frozen berries.

Put the berries in a saucepan and cover with water.

Cook after boiling for 2-3 minutes.

Strain through a sieve.

Add sugar and stir.

Dissolve starch in a little water.

Pour into a saucepan in a thin stream and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Pour ready-made berry jelly and serve.
