Cherries (frozen) 200 g
Water 1 l
Honey 2 tbsp l.
Clove bud 3 pcs
Lemon (slices) 2 pcs
Put the cherries in a saucepan.
Add cloves and put on fire.
After boiling, cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Cover and let stand for 7-10 minutes.
Add honey and stir until dissolved.
Strain the compote.
