Lingonberry juice with mint

This refreshing berry lingonberry juice with mint will not only refresh, but also add strength on a hot summer day.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Water 2 l

Lingonberries (frozen or fresh) 300 g

Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Mint 2 sprigs

Ice to taste


Defrost the lingonberries.

Transfer to a saucepan and cover with water.

Add sugar.

Add fresh mint sprigs. Boil.

Strain through a sieve, grate the berries.

Cool or add ice to taste. Lingonberry juice with mint is ready. Can be served at the table.
