Pumpkin dessert

Delicious layered pumpkin dessert with delicate layers of sour cream, honey and cinnamon. The easiest and most delicious pumpkin recipe.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Pumpkin 200 g

Sour cream 20% fat. 200 g

Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.

Natural honey 1 tbsp. l.

Ground cinnamon 1 pinch.


Peel the pumpkin from seeds and skins.

Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle with sugar.

Cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

Take out pumpkins and cool.

Transfer to a bowl. Beat with a blender or whisk.

Spread in layers in cups, alternating pumpkin with sour cream.

Sleep on top of a little cinnamon and add a spoonful of honey.
