Separate the whites from the yolks. You can use the yolks at your discretion.
Beat the whites once, adding the starch again and again with the sugar.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Pour some water into a saucepan, insert a sieve into a pan with metal handles or a heat-resistant form, put the form on the sieve and cook the pudding in the oven for 5 minutes at a temperature of 200 C, then turn it off and let it stand inside the oven for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with almonds and cocoa when serving.
