Chicken and vegetable salad

This appetizing and delicious salad with chicken and vegetables can be safely put on a festive table, guests will be satisfied.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Chicken fillet (200 g) 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Egg yolk (raw) 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp l.

Universal seasoning 1 tbsp. l.

Table mustard 1/2 tsp

Lettuce leaves

Lemon juice (a few drops)

Pomegranate seeds (for decoration)


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Make cuts along and beat off well.

Mix together the breadcrumbs and seasoning.

Roll fillets in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Cool and cut into small slices.

In a bowl, cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into strips. Add lettuce leaves (pick by hand).

For dressing, mix yolk, mustard and all-purpose seasoning in a bowl.

Beat well. Add a few drops of lemon juice.

Stir the vegetables in a bowl and place them in a heap on a dish. Place the chicken slices on top.

Drizzle with dressing and garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve to the New Year's table.
