Wash and dry the apples.
Cut into halves and string on wooden skewers. Put on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
Remove the baking sheet and turn the skewers, sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
Take out, put on a platter and garnish with raspberries.
